Laste ja noorte võimekust tihti alahinnatakse. Teemalaval toome häid näiteid ning põhjendusi, miks on laste ja noorte häält oluline kuulata ja arvesse võtta ning kuidas saab neile osalusvõimalusi luua.
Arutelu juhib Mart Valner, vestlevad Heidi Paabort (Eesti ANK tegevjuht), Nikolai Kunitsõn (MTÜ Foorumteatri juht, MTÜ Mondo projektijuht), Kiira Nauts (MTÜ Lastekaitse Liit projektijuht), Robert Pärnpuu (projekti „Lapse hääl!“ tubli osaleja, Jõhvi Gümnaasiumi õpilane) ja Kerli Kõiv (Rõuge Vallavalitsuse Noorsootöö spetsialist).
