There will be no performers or stars at Festival of Opinion Culture; we will all become equal participants who have the right and freedom to have a say. True, some participants will be speaking from the stages, but anyone who comes to listen can voice his or her opinion. Frankly, we hope as many visitors as possible will share their ideas, whether by making comments at a discussion stage or among a group of friends on a picnic blanket.

Those who couldn’t fit on the stage but would still like to reach a larger number of people will also have an opportunity to express their opinions. There will be an open microphone at the Festival of Opinion Culture for that purpose. Make sure you register in advance!

One of the goals of the Festival of Opinion Culture is to improve the opinion culture in Estonia. To foster that, we are offering a variety of workshops at the festival. We are currently busy preparing the workshop programme and when it is completed you will be able to register right here on our home page. Workshops will charge a symbolic participation fee of 5 euros.

Apart from the invited speakers, anyone wishing to express their ideas at the Festival of Opinion Culture can do so at the open microphone. To use the open microphone, you will need to register on our web page up to 14 August by filling in the form below.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail stating the time of your speech. From 15 August, you can only register through the information desk. To do that, please send your name, contact details and the topic you would like to speak on to info@arvamusfestival.ee. If there are places available, you can also register on the day.
